ROM used Atmel microcontrollers MCS51 including types of Flash PEROM (Eraseable Programmable Read Only Memory). Atmel MCS51 microcontroller can be considered as Flash PEROM if RST (pin 9) were given at 5 V, and (pin 29) is connected to Ground.
